Hello...I think parents should always be given resources about different things concerning children. So many times I have heard a parent say that they didn't know what to do and the following resource as well as others could help parents who are positively trying to help their children. Budd, L. S. (2003). Living with the active alert child: Groundbreaking strategies for parents. Seattle: Parenting Press.
Hello Samantha,
I would like to add some of your additional resources to my list of resources. There were alot of excellent resources this week and it is always a great idea to have resources for parents when they are presented with a situation that they may need more information on. I am a young single mother and it makes me feel more at eased to be able to not only hear what others have to say about a specific topic but to also be able to read upon things myself.
