HI Sandra, I enjoyed reading your post. I believe that advocating for better understanding of the importance of diversity and inclusion in early childhood programs is the utmost of importance when it comes to educating our children. Also I believe that Zero to Three is doing a wonderful job in connecting with families of diversity. Zero to Three also has a line of communication for Spanish speaking people, and a question and answer section to ask questions regarding a topic of interest on children. This is a great site for new and seasoned caregivers in helping provide the best caregiving experience for their children.

I will research to see what others areas they have agencies. I would love to train and coach staff members and others that request training. Thanks for sharing
